Old pulley with two wheels. Gray cast metal (malleable iron). Ring at the top is stationary. Post holding wheels on is peened. 1 1/2” wheel, 1 1/2″ thick, 3 5/8″ long, should take a 5/16″ rope. 11 ounces, so a bit heavier than many of the smaller size. Excellent condition.
